ICO HR – Mobile Application

ICO HR is a mobile application designed to simplify employee management processes for organizations. The goal of the app was to provide employees and HR teams with easy access to essential HR functionalities such as attendance tracking, payroll information, leave management, and internal communication — all from a mobile device.

I was responsible for designing the complete UI/UX experience of the application, ensuring that complex HR workflows were simplified into intuitive, easy-to-use mobile interactions.

The application was developed using .NET MAUI Blazor, enabling a cross-platform mobile experience with modern UI components.
